Booking Policy, Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

We require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total Adventure price upon booking your Adventure, with the remaining balance payment due two weeks (ten business days) before departing on the chosen Adventure.

Terms and Conditions

If the client(s) neglects to pay the remaining balance in full two weeks (ten business days) before departing, without making alternative payment arrangements, Lewis Fishing Adventures will consider the client a "no show", the deposit will be forfeited and Lewis Fishing Adventures will exercise its right to re-book the open date(s) with other clients in order to prevent financial loss.

Cancellation Policy

Lewis Fishing Adventures requires a minimum of four (4) weeks cancellation notice if, and when, a return of the deposit is requested. Failure to provide a minimum of four (4) weeks cancellation notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If Lewis Fishing Adventures has to cancel an Adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, mechanical malfunction, personnel scheduling, etc., a full refund will be provided to the client(s), unless the client(s) decide to participate in an alternative Adventure (which Lewis Fishing Adventures has for most bad weather scenarios).
